Ingredients
1 handful spinach
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
2Tbsp Chia or hemp seeds
2 cups Coconut Mylk
Preparation
If you're using fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice.
If you're using frozen ingredients, do not add ice.
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
